The property is a spacious traditionnal provencal house (200 m2), 
There are two swimming pools (equipped with the aquasensor alarm system). One of them is in an intimate garden enclosed by a dry-stone wall, the other one benefits from a beautiful scenery, the nature and the Cezanne mountain far away.


The place is quiet and perfect to relax.
 10 mn by foot from the village, 5 mn by car. Wonderful panoramic view on the Luberon mountains, and particularly the renowned Sainte-Victoire mountain.

The ground floor consists of 3 main rooms :
- 1 spacious living room, dining room (fire place)

- 1 kitchen (fully equipped). 
All rooms open on the shaded terrace with its flower-beds and the swimming-pool below.



On the first floor, there are:

- 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds)

- 2 bathrooms with toilets

 Pillows and blankets are provided, linen. 2 baby cots are available.

Deposit of 1000 € returned the day of departure.
 

 
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday - Arrivals are from 17 pm and departure before 10am.

Tourist tax is 1,20 Euros by adult person per day

The house is located at 7 km from Lourmarin, 12 km from La Roque d'Anthéron, and 30 km from Aix en Provence, in the village of Cucuron, in the Regional park of Luberon.
